Zesty Ginger Dressing

  • Ingredients:
    • 8 Alvita Ginger Root tea bags
    • 10 oz bag carrots, shredded
    • 2 tbsp onion, chopped
    • 8 oz water, boiled
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
    • ½ tbsp garlic, minced
    • 3 tsp tomato paste
    • 2 tsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp salt
    • ¼ tsp ground ginger
  • Directions
    • Once water has boiled, steep tea for 10 minutes.
    • Remove tea bags. Transfer tea to a small bowl.
    • Mix in the rest of the ingredients and whisk until fully blended.
    • Pour over salad and enjoy! 

TIP: Any extra can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
