
- Ingredients:
- 8 Alvita Ginger Root tea bags
- 10 oz bag carrots, shredded
- 2 tbsp onion, chopped
- 8 oz water, boiled
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp garlic, minced
- 3 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- Directions
- Once water has boiled, steep tea for 10 minutes.
- Remove tea bags. Transfer tea to a small bowl.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients and whisk until fully blended.
- Pour over salad and enjoy!
TIP: Any extra can be stored in the fridge for up to 5 days.
