A bright yellow spice, Turmeric has multiple uses. Originally found in India and Indonesia, its use in traditional medicine dates back 2500 years. It is primarily used to promote healthy digestion and joint function. Turmeric also contains strong antioxidants that aid the liver in its natural detoxification process.1
PREPARATION
Place one (1) tea bag in a cup and add 8oz boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.

RECOMMENDATION
We recommend 3 cups daily
Add sweetener if desired
