Ginger Root Tea

Ginger has long been used in traditional Asian medicine as a warming and soothing herb for digestive health. One of the main uses for ginger root is to take on nausea caused by motion sickness or pregnancy. Ginger also has ‘carminative’ or gas-relieving properties and has often been used traditionally to promote better circulation.1
Place one (1) tea bag in a cup and add 8oz boiling water. Cover and steep for 10 minutes. Gently squeeze tea bag and remove.
